Remsure is a website that can be accessed from any browser, including from a computer, smartphone or tablet. This means that you can access and send money from wherever you are. All users will need to set up an account on the website for free before they are able to make the full use of these services.
All of our transfers are handled online and provided there are no connection issues then we will aim to have everything sent to the person that you are sending it to within minutes. Customers are advised that some transfers may take longer than others depending on factors such as the location as well as how much money you are sending.
Setting up an account with Remsure is easy. All customers need to have an account with us before they will be able to make full use of our money transfer services. In order to create an account customers will need to provide some information such as their name, contact details as well as their email address and phone number. All accounts must be password protected and some of the information provided may be used to carry out some additional identity and security checks.
At Remsure we always want to provide excellent customer service as well as a seamless transaction process for all of our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and if you have any comments or suggestions on how we can improve our services for you then please get in touch with us.
Customers are advised that we may be unable to cancel a transfer after it has been processed. We can however support you in any way we can to try and help you to get your money back. If the money has already been sent to the recipient then you will need to contact them to arrange for the funds to be sent back.
In cases where we are able to cancel a transfer in time and issue a refund then please be aware that this could take up to seven business days to process. If you think you may be eligible for a refund and have not been sent it within seven working days then please get in touch with us.
The services we offer are intended to send money to friends and family only. Our customers are advised that you should only ever send money to people online that you know and trust. These services are not intended for any commercial purposes or for the exchange of goods and services.
Here at Remsure we take security, fraud, global anti-money laundering (AML) and countering the financing of terrorism very seriously. In light of this we have a number of physical and technological measures in place in order to protect you and our customer base. We have preventative measures such as KYC (know your customer) for client identification. In order to meet these regulations we will verify your personal address and details in order to be able to proceed with the transaction.
